Great video Whitt couldn’t have said it any better learning to control throttle is one of the most important aspects of flying. I’ve seen a lot of guys cheat themselves by slamming full throttle on take off getting the plane up fast then correcting in the air. Later they step up to a more advanced model only to destroy it taking off due to lack of throttle control and practice.
Every pilot needs to master a smooth take off early before advancing to another plane. Practice by taking off on the pavement keeping the plane on the white stripe, you’ll find it is much easier to control the plane and torque by bringing throttle up smoothly and slowly. The faster you hit the throttle the harder it is going to pull left due to torque.
